Where do I start???!!! Yvette is my trainer and words can’t fully express my gratitude for the knowledge I’m gaining about my own body. I have severe arthritis in one knee (bone on bone) and mild arthritis in the other knee. I also have shoulder issues. Yvette’s knowledge goes beyond what I could have ever expected. I came wanting to improve my health, but it’s like having physical therapy at the same time. She works me hard, while ensuring I don’t injure my knees. She gives me total body exercises along with exercises that strengthen the muscles around my knees. Yvette always greets me with a smile, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Also, AJ is always pleasant and greets me with a smile whenever he sees me. I’m so glad I found ANKH Fitness. Thanks Yvette and AJ!

I have been working with AJ for a little over a month. He has an incredible understanding of fitness how just how to push me so I achieve my goals. They balance hard work and encouragement. It's also one of the cleanest gyms I have been to.
